Git setup

The following error should be fixed in windows. The fix consist of the following code

git config --global user.name "Rohan Batra"
git config --global user.email "116573125+rohanbatrain@users.noreply.github.com"

Ran on git bash window.

VSCODIUM

Our primary IDE in windows is vscodium.
